IRONDEER Element B is a natural restoring agent. It reduces recovery time after
trainings and helps to cope with delayed onset muscle soreness, increases hemoglobin and prevents hypoxia.
Donated blood contains heme iron which is easy digested by the body and
increases the level of hemoglobin, which decreases in the course of intensive
training. Most importantly, heme iron does not cause any side-effects, unlike
pharmaceutical products.
Energy is necessary for all life's core processes. Energy is produced due to redox
reactions involving oxygen. Hemoglobin is the "carrier" of oxygen in the body. With a
significant decrease in hemoglobin level, hypoxia appears - oxygen starvation.
Hemoglobin level of 140–160 GM/DL for male athletes and 120—140 GM/DL for
female athletes is considered to be optimal.
In case of oxygen starvation, lactic acid is produced and fills the muscle structure.
And some muscles burning occurs, such a painful sensation is called delayed onset
muscle soreness. As acid remains in the muscles for another 2-3 days, the delayed
onset muscle soreness is a protracted process.
Our supplement improves oxygen metabolism, increases the reserve of the
cardiovascular system and at the same time reduces its tension during training load.
Take 1 capsule following meal twice a day: 2 capsules in case of
frequent trainings or a weight exceeding 80kg.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Not suitable for
pregnant women and persons under 18
